OK ….So I am starting to get on a little bit of a roll again.
Yippy Yippy! Happy Dance!

I still haven’t sent out my first little newsletter.

I am still planning some content, plus I need to get a new headset to do my recordings. My current headset does not record well. I was getting a lot of static feedback.

So much to do and so little time!

However……..I did manage to listen to another audio that was sent out by the ‘World Internet Summit’ crew.

Another one by Roy Carter.

Yes I know that these audios are technically there to promote the event, however I must admit I really like listening to them.

I have noticed over the years that ‘WIS’ will often change speakers and introduce new ones and as I can’t get to go to most of the seminars I do like to take advantage of listening to what ever material and audios they send out.

This time I have decided to write my notes here on what I got from the audio as well, just in-case you don’t have time to listen to the audio yourself.

Woo Hoo! Not many summaries to go!

This post is technically the final summary for the 2009 Masterclass. In the next couple of posts in this training series I will be writing comparative summaries between the 2009 and 2010 training series.

Some of the weeks have been a little different due to updated knowledge and John has changed it around slightly. And then I will finally finish off with a conclusion post!! Yippy!!

Marketing Masterclass Week 41 & 42: A Case Study & A Survey

In Both weeks of training we were sent our usual welcome letters and a list of tasks. There were no videos for both weeks.

This week was a fairly easy week. John asked us to write a case study about our experiences with the course.

When I first received this weeks training I wasn’t too sure about the idea of sharing my story. To tell you the truth I didn’t think people would be interested!

So I was meant to officially launch my newsletter this week (actually today ), however to tell you the truth I have been bogged down with hay-fever and a really rotten head cold the last couple of days.

I am feeling very brain drained at the moment to even think so instead I decided to have a listen to some audios.

Fingers crossed I will get my newsletter ready for next week.

The ‘World Internet Summit’ is a great internet marketing seminar group that I have been following for a few years now.

There is actually a seminar coming up in London in November.

After 2 months off from writing summary posts I can finally get back to finishing this series. Only a couple more posts to go! Woo Hoo Happy Dance!

I was originally going to write about each week individually, however as they are only sales page reviews I have decided to collate the summaries into one.

So lets begin with this weeks tasks…….

Marketing Masterclass Week 37-40: Sales Page Edits

During Weeks 37-40 John selected 4 of my fellow students sales pages to critique and edit. We were not sent any tasks, just the videos of the reviews.

I have decided not to reveal who’s sales pages were chosen for privacy reasons as well as respect for my fellow students. For those people to allow John to critique their work as well as allow the videos to be available to other fellow students is very courageous and trusting and I do not want to disrespect that vulnerability.

What I am going to do is give you a summary of the common points that John found and the suggestions he gave to improve the websites.

I just thought I would write a very quick update to let you know what blog posts I have coming up for you.

Before the “100 Blog Comments Challenge” started in August I had just about finished writing about my training series on the “John Thornhill Masterclass Coaching Program”.

Well I still have about 4 more posts to write to finish off that series.

I intend to get them done over the next 2 weeks.

After that I will be concentrating on doing the write ups from the internet marketing seminars and getting back to my motivational series. Plus I will be officially launching my newsletter next week also.
