Cash Flow Seminar & John’s Madness

Hello All,


Well I just got back from the seminar I went to over the weekend called “Cash Flow For Life” run by a local company called “Knowledge Source”. I must say my mind is exploding with new ideas and new motivation. ;)

This seminar was a little different to the ones I normally go to. Over the past couple of years I have mainly been to seminars that have focused on creating a business on the internet. This seminar included that, however it also included talking about buying property and ways to develop wealth through property investing as well as for the first time in my life I was introduced to the concept of share trading in a way that I could understand.

I am completely brain drained. :?

I saw the following speakers, ‘Dymphna Boholt’ (She talked on positive cash flow property investing), ‘Jules Dawson’ (He talked on CFD trading), ‘Justin Beeton’ (He talked on investing the Warren Buffett way), ‘Tom Hua’ (He talked on how to start an internet business) and David and Julie Siacci (They talked on creating wealth by buying and selling properties using vendor finance).

My mind has been left boggled! :oops:

There is so much more to learn and I know I could very easily get side tracked, however in saying that I also for the first time believe I am finally on the right path for developing a business that will work for me. I look forward to writing more about these speakers at a later time when I start my ‘Seminar Speaker’ series.

However now I will get down to the reason for this post……….

    I bought John’s madness, eventhough I have most of his products too. I noticed a couple of notes that some of his product were getting overhauled for 2010, so that’s a plus. Unfortunately for John, I have a new product in the works – and he’s going to hate he made these offers once I start asking a lot of questions LOL

    Hi Gwen,

    I am about to buy! The sole reason is the one on one coaching for 8 weeks! The products don’t really worry me although I am liking the planetsms mentorship access. But more to the point, the help with product launch as well.

    I still haven’t used the bonus he included in the online training forum yet. I think I might ask for a few extra coaching calls.

    I´m fairly new to John´s teachings, and so far I really enjoy his approach. It´s great to learn from each other like this.

    I think John has lost his mind, this is a great deal for $97. I have some of John’s products, he’s a very good teacher.

    You are right no one can be successful with out the help of someone guiding you to success and the help from like minded group of people.

    Hi Avis,

    I agree that John is nuts with the offer. I signed up just for the 8 x 1 hour phone call coaching sessions. I just got back from a seminar where people are paying thousands for this type of coaching.

    I do not believe anyone can be completely successful on their own. I think even Donald Trump would agree you need a team of like minded people and he is one of the most successful in the world!

    Yes on the busy side. Sometimes I feel like I am running around like a ‘Goose’ not knowing where I am going, however writing lists is what works for me to keep me focused and slightly organised! :lol:

    The seminar was great. I learned heaps and heaps of new stuff. So much to learn and so little time. I am also in the middle of planning a nearly 3 year olds birthday!

    Another thing I have been doing is transcribing videos again. I am actually enjoying it so I am thinking of offering to do transcriptions for people.

    I have been getting the promotion about Alex’s new book. It sounds like a good one. I will have to pop past and see what you think of it.

  9. Interesting post as always Jacinta. I’ve missed the sale date, but I wouldn’t have bought anyway. I have stopped buying anything, cancelled all unnecessary direct debits, and will concentrate on SELLING things. That’s what we’re supposed to be doing after all! :-)

    The trading seminar you went to was a good example of making money. All of those speakers make money by SELLING INFORMATION, not by using the systems they talk about. :roll:

    I agree on the selling things. I think I have bought a few too many products again already. :oops:

    I did buy the “72 hour madness” mainly for the coaching calls, which I still need to organise.

    You are right on the trading seminar being a great example! :lol I did see a good 50 odd people signing up to $5,000 coaching. Not a bad weekend earn for the speaker huh!! Would be nice to be in that position! I think I am dreaming! :lol:

    John’s “72 Hour Madness” was an incredible purchase. He only ran it for 72 hours. For $97 it was a steal. Keep an eye out he may do it again one day.

    John is an awesome teacher, you can not go wrong if you decide to choose him as a mentor.
