Publishing my monthly tasks has actually helped me achieve more! When I first started doing the daily tasks post back last July I did it mainly to work out what I was actually doing to help organise myself. It worked. I have found since doing these posts I am actually achieving more as I am writing and working through lists more! ;) I do recommend doing the lists even if you don't want to post them, although posting what you have achieved does make you more accountable plus I have found writing my lists has been helping people write theirs from the feedback I have been receiving. Definitely not enough hours in the day!! My moto this year is "One day, One hour at a time".
