Welcome to Week 12 of John Thornhill’s Internet Marketing Training Masterclass Coaching Program.
This week was a quite week as our main focus was to continue creating and writing our product. So lets begin with this weeks tasks…….
Internet Marketing Masterclass Week 12: Complete First Draft
This week we were just sent our welcome letter and our checklist of tasks to do for the week. No videos! Yippy! 
Week 12 Summary
Basically our major task this week was to continue on with writing and completing the first draft or our ebook. It doesn’t matter about adding images or anything else at this stage, it is more about getting the majority of the content completed.
Sometimes the best ways to get content written up quickly is to write as you think. Don’t worry if there are spelling mistakes or the grammar isn’t that good. Spelling and grammar can always be corrected in the next draft. The first draft is all about the content and getting everything written down that you think you want to include in the book.
Week 12 Checklist:
Our checklist tasks for week 2 were:
- Complete the first draft of our ebook
- Visit the masterclass forum and communicate with fellow students
- Continue visiting fellow students and marketers blogs and comment where appropriate
- Continue to post to our blogs
OK so that is week 12 wrapped up. I told you it was not a big one. As John said these few weeks are all about creating our product and basically the majority of our time is to be spent doing that other than our usual forum visits, blog visits and posting to our own blogs. In Week 13 we begin to review our first draft!

P.P.S John Thornhill’s Internet Marketing Masterclass Coaching may be closed at the moment. He has just started the new 2010 program and he only ever takes a limited amount of students at a time so as to dedicate himself to our learning, basically it is a first in first served situation.
Update 10/4/2010: John has just released a one month $4.95 trial to Masterclass meaning you can sign up for $4.95 and trial the training. As far as I know he is limiting these places. If you see a sold out sign, then do sign up to be notified when there are new places available again.
This training program was the best decision I ever made. I would not be doing what I am today if it wasn’t for John. I can not recommend this program enough!

Hey Jacinta,
It must be exciting to be at the end of your class with John and to be writing your first ebook. I still haven’t written my first ebook but it’s something I need to do. Although I would rather do a video series on How To… than to write an ebook.
I’ll be waiting for it’s release so I can read it.

I have actually released my ebook. It is on learning how to spray tan. It is very micro niched but is doing ok. I still want to make some changes to it and add a few more things to the package such as how to videos.
A video series is a great idea, plus doing an ebook as well as transcripts of the videos. The perceived value of a package like that can be a lot higher than just promoting an ebook.
If you want to learn how to spray tan, let me know!

Good to see you again! 
The course was a very busy one. I am still behind a quite a few of the marketing and traffic tasks, but getting there slowly. There is only so much one can do when a 2 year old is hanging around my ankles!
I have actually released my ebook, but it is on learning how to spray tan! If you want to learn let me know!
I do want to do a product on blogging, but there is still more I want to learn before creating something. I have so many ideas of different products, sometimes I don’t know where to start!
I hope all is well, and I will see you on your blog soon!

I know what you mean with the child, I tend to work late as My 17 month old is a bit like that bless her, that’s without my other two older girls nagging at me

Hi James,
Regarding the spray tanning. It really isn’t that hard to do. My hubby spray tans me when ever I want to look tanned. You can easily pick up a kit on ebay for under $500 and if you do get regular spray tans at @$50 each (That is the average cost) then you can make your money back after 10 sprays.
Re the kids. I think we just adjust and do what we can. I have learned to have patience over the last few weeks. I want to learn and do so much re the internet, however I only get about an hour a day so I can only achieve so much. I am plodding along at a snail pace, but I do know I will get there eventually!

Week 12 was my favourite Jacinta – No Videos!
I get bored watching them, and much prefer reading your transcripts. I know what you mean by writing just what comes into your head, and not worrying about grammar etcetera. I have been practicing this on my blog. I can write a post really quickly now, which will be handy for when I eventually start my eBook.

Hi John,
The weeks without the videos were my favourite as well! Imagine transcribing the bloody things!
Although I am glad I did because they really helped when I was doing the exercises and I didn’t have to go back and forward on the videos, I could just find the section in my notes and read the steps.
Did you get the email from John telling us he has another 10 weeks worth of videos? I have my work cut out for me!
