Welcome to Week 20 of John Thornhill’s Internet Marketing Training Masterclass Coaching Program.

Like I mentioned in my last post I am going to try and post quite a few summaries over the next few weeks and hopefully complete this series very soon. I am really looking forward to starting my new series of “Internet Marketing Speakers” after I have finished this training series.

So without further comment lets begin with this weeks tasks…….

Internet Marketing Masterclass Week 20:

Sales Page Creation – Adding Bonus Products

This week was optional, as it is all about including bonuses to our product. If we don’t want to include any bonus material we don’t have to do so. However in saying that adding bonus material will often encourage a potential client to buy.

One of the most important thing to consider when adding any bonus products is to make sure they are relevant to our main product and not just included for the sake of it.

We were only sent 1 video for this week and a small list of tasks to do.

Video 1: Sourcing Bonus Products

There are many different types of bonus products we could add to our ebook product such as extra audio or video where appropriate. (We discussed different types of products back in Week 10 and adding value to our products in Week 15) If we created extra products as mentioned in Week 15 we could add these as bonuses such as; An interview with an expert in our niche.

Another option for adding bonus material is to source ‘Private Label Products’ that are appropriate to our niche and add in extra reports as bonuses. We could also include ‘Resell Rights Products’ that we may find that compliment our niche.

The best idea is to include products that people haven’t seen before so it is recommended to only use ‘Resell Rights Products’ if we don’t have any other option and really want to include some bonus material.

To help us out with this process John gives us access for FREE to one of his products he normally sells online for $97 “Info Product Blowout”. (Another freebie!! Got to love that!! ) This collection of ebooks and products has heaps and heaps of ‘Private Label Rights’, ‘Master Resell Rights’ and ‘Resell Rights Products’ available so depending on our niche we should be able to source some bonus products from some of these.

Other places to source bonus material is a membership with ‘PLR Monthly’ or ‘Resell Rights Fortune’. We could also do a search on ‘Google’ or checking out ‘The Warrior Forum’.

John recommends to use 3-4 bonus products if possible. Doing this will add perceived value to our main product as well as sweeten our ‘Call To Action’ and encourage our visitors to buy!

Week 20 Checklist:

Our checklist tasks for Week 20 were:

1. Source or create 3-4 quality and relevant bonus products to include with our main ebook. (This is optional)
2. Visit the masterclass forum and communicate with fellow students if we got stuck for ideas and need help
3. Continue posting to our own blogs
4. Continue visiting fellow student and marketers blogs and comment where appropriate

At this stage in my products development I have only included 1 bonus product, however this bonus product is actually bigger than my ‘Step By Step Manual’.

I decided the best type of product to include was to create a manual describing how to market a spray tanning business and attract customers, that way I was teaching people how to spray tan as well as how to grow a spray tan business.

I do have intentions of adding some other bonuses to the package, however with time and life constraints I have not been able to add them yet. I am hoping to add to the package over the next 6 months.

OK. That is week 20 wrapped up.
