De 100 Blog Reactie uitdaging ligt hier aan!
Hallo Allemaal,
Even een bericht om u kennismaken met een nieuwe uitdaging een aantal van mijn collega-Masterclass studenten en ik hebben gewoon voor de lol.
"De 100 Blog Reacties Daag"
Het idee van de uitdaging is om 100 individuele reacties op een blogpost.
Het idee werd geboren uit een bimbo opmerking die ik maakte op een draad was ik begonnen over het bereiken van 100 blog posts. Ik had een rode draad mensen te laten weten dat ze 100 blog posts te bereiken.
Een paar leden feliciteerde me, dan heb ik een bimbo commentaar van "Next challenge blog 100 reacties op een bericht". Nou Steve Koning een van de leden vond het idee was geweldig en toen ik het wist een uitdaging was geboren!
Vorige week was ik een inhaalslag op de studie en deze week ben ik razend blog hoppen proberen om 100 mensen die betrokken zijn bij een uitdaging te krijgen. Oeps op die ene! 
(Geen slecht bimbo idee! Ik kom met een aantal goede degenen als ik het minst verwacht! 
)
We zijn begonnen met een draad in de "JT Masterclass Training Forum" voor de leden om mee te doen en ik wil ook graag deze beschikbaar maken voor iedereen om mee te doen en dragen bij aan.
Blog Netwerken is een uitstekende manier om nieuwe mensen te ontmoeten, lees nieuwe blogs en nieuwe dingen leren en verbeteren van onze websites page ranking, traffic ranking en vooral het genereren van terug links.
Het idee van de uitdaging is om 100 mensen om deel te nemen. Iedereen die bijdraagt is commentaar te geven op blog van iedereen en als we 100 mensen dan moeten we krijgen 100 afzonderlijke opmerkingen! Nou dat is het plan! 
We gaan de uitdaging aan te voeren vrij veel vanaf nu tot eind augustus.
Om het meeste uit van de kracht van ontvangen en geven blog reacties te krijgen, zijn er een paar plugins je nodig hebt om te installeren om het meeste uit deze uitdaging te krijgen. Deze plugins zal helpen met uw website verkeer en page ranking en uw ranking voor zoekwoorden.
100 Blog Comment Challenge Plugins
De plug-ins te installeren zijn:
CommentLuv = http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/commentluv/
Deze opmerking laat een link terug naar uw laatste bericht op de bodem van uw opmerking die je maakt op een blog dat "CommentLuv" geïnstalleerd heeft. Deze plugin is geweldig voor het genereren van nieuwe verkeer en bezoekers naar uw site. Ze zien je blog post titel en denken "ik zal die blog check out" Ik heb gedaan dat menig keer en een aantal geweldige mensen ontmoet op de weg!
KeywordLuv = http://www.scratch99.com/wordpress-plugin-keywordluv/
Deze plugin kan uw commentator aan een anker trefwoord achter hun naam te gebruiken wanneer ze in te vullen naam van sectie op het reactieformulier en de website wordt gelinkt naar de zoekwoord in plaats van je naam. Dit is handig als u zich richt op trefwoorden voor uw website. Voorbeeld: Jacinta @ Het creëren van een online bedrijf.
DoFollow = http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sem-dofollow/
Uitstekende plugin om de google bots kruipen van website naar website. Iedereen die laat een link in uw commentaar sectie. Hierdoor kan de Googlebots te gaan van uw website naar die van hen en met de ranking vooral als dit komt van een website die een hogere verkeers-en page ranking dan u heeft te helpen.
Abonneren op Optin Reacties Double = http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/subscribe-to-double-opt-in-comments/
Hiermee kunt u abonneren op de websites die u heeft opmerkingen gemaakt over en om te zien wanneer anderen hebben opmerkingen gemaakt. Hiermee kunt u uw commentatoren in te schrijven op je blog berichten commentaar pagina. (Deze plugin is niet verplicht, maar een goed jaar voor mensen die commentaar op je blog om te zien wanneer u of anderen hebben gereageerd op hun commentaar.

Toevoegen aan een = http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/add-to-any/
Hiermee kunt u de post sociaal bladwijzer met wat ooit service die u wilt gebruiken zoals Digg, twitter, facebook etc etc. U kunt alle andere sociale plug-in ook.
(Als u een andere sociale plugin al dat is prima, zolang mensen kunnen sociale boek noteer alvast in uw bericht, dat is het belangrijkste punt!)
Ik denk dat de uitdaging is een geweldig idee en ik ben echt geïnteresseerd over hoe succesvol wij kunnen het maken. Het zou geweldig zijn, dat door de kracht van 6 degrees of separation dat meer dan 100 van ons aan boord te krijgen en alle helpen elkaar uit.

100 Blog Comment Challenge Steps
De te nemen stappen in de richting van de uitdaging zijn:
- Laat me je in weten op de uitdaging via de commentaar hieronder.
- Installeer de plug-ins genoemd om maximaal gebruik en voordeel naar de uitdaging voor u en die bijdragen aan de uitdaging. (De belangrijkste voor de uitdaging zijn DoFollow, CommentLuv, KeywordLuv en een social bookmarking een van uw keuze.)
- Schrijf uw bericht op je blog dat je de 100 reacties op willen en maken het tot een "sticky" post voor maximale blootstelling. (Zal verblijven in het top van je blog berichten totdat u probeert te bereiken uw 100 reacties.) (Update: Sommige mensen willen niet dat hun bericht aan het kleverige zijn Je hoeft niet als je niet wilt als.. Zolang ik een link naar het bericht dat u wilt bijdragen aan te geven aan iedereen die is prima hebben! )
- Stuur me je link naar je "100 comment post", zodat ik kan laten de andere challengers weet (ik zal een pagina hier te creëren voor de uitdaging, zodat iedereen kan om het te verwijzen met een link naar de specifieke blog posts voor commentaar bijwerken..: hebben de auteurs pagina hier: De 100 medewerkers blog commentaar )
- Commentaar op alle bijdragen blogs. (Dit is het hele punt! Ga ik rond naar sites van iedereen aan het eind augustus om te zien of iedereen heeft gedaan wat juist is! Elke persoon wordt slechts eenmaal geteld op hun opmerkingen en reacties zijn niet opgenomen in de telling niet. Vandaar dat de echte uitdaging wordt steeds 100 mensen!
) - Social bookmark de bericht dat je commentaar op! (U moet dit doen ten minste een keer of je de post via twitter, facebook, bookmark struikelen op, lekker etc etc. U moet dit doen voor de echte kracht van deze uitdaging voor ons allen ten goede komen.)

Het idee achter sociale boek markering ieders berichten is dat niet alleen krijgen we de 100 individuele reacties op onze blog post van keuze die we hebben ook dat blog post sociaal bookmarked door iedereen die een commentaar op het verlaten van!
Plus als we krijgen 100 mensen betrokken zijn die voor 100 terug links van de opmerkingen die u laat uw website.
Pretty Cool he! (Niet slecht voor een bimbo moment! 
)

Ik ben klaar voor de uitdaging Jacinta! - Count me in
Dit is een goed idee, ik miste de draad aan de Masterclass forum, maar zal kijken nu. Ik heb niet al die plug-ins, maar uw commentaar deed me beseffen ik ze nodig heb.
Ik maak me zorgen over mijn 'sticky' post nu. Ik heb op de proppen komen met iets de moeite waard voor 100 reacties.
Bewaar deze ideeën komen Jacinta, dan maak je Blogging interessant.

Hoi John,
Koel Uw aan boord! Ik heb nog niet mijn blogbericht geschreven nog niet, maar ik denk dat het zal gaan over bloggen!
Ik ga proberen en dat gedaan met in de komende 2 dagen te krijgen.
De rode draad in het MC-forum is in de "Algemene Marketing". Ik zal een pagina op hier, zodra ik mijn bericht geschreven waarin ik zal iedereen die een bijdrage levert met een link naar hun blog post weer te geven.
Zou wel cool zijn als we meer dan 100 mensen betrokken zijn, dan zullen we allemaal krijgen van de 100 reacties per stuk!

Nog steeds commentaar op al die fantastische berichten. Hopen dat iedereen bereikt al snel de 100 reacties!
Gewoon een vraagje .... Ik heb een "gravatar" die nu mijn foto wordt weergegeven op andere blogs sites, maar toen ik reageren op reacties op mijn blog site de afbeelding leeg blijft. Alle ideeën / suggesties?

Ad de gravatars, dat is een ander plugin genaamd "WordPress Gravatars" Ik hou van mijn plugins!

Bedankt voor het langskomen op mijn blog. Proficiat aan je op je 100e ook. Het is geweldig te zien een andere blogger bereiken een mijlpaal en vieren het ook. U kunt rekenen me op deze uitdaging. Ik heb een post in het achterhoofd en zullen kloppen het op korte termijn. Dank ook voor de plug-suggesties. Al had een paar maar ik kan altijd gebruik maken van een paar meer.
Je hebt een geweldige blog hier. De Masterclass samenvattingen zijn indrukwekkend. Ik kom terug om meer te leren!

Ik heb zojuist vermeld je post op de auteurs pagina en deed een blik op de pagina waar u hebt gemaakt van de toetsen.
Hoe geweldig!! Ik laat iedereen weten dat u dit hebt gedaan, hoe cool! Dank je wel!
Er is niets meer wat je moet doen anders dan een ontploffing en gelukkig moeras hoppen en te genieten aan een aantal nieuwe geweldige bloggers in het proces!
We hebben officieel 40 van ons aan boord van nu, ik ben verbaasd over de vaart, kunnen we eigenlijk naar de 100! Ik denk dat ik zal vallen van mijn stoel zijwaarts dan!

Hallo Jacinta,
Dit klinkt als een hoop plezier. Ik heb geen toegang tot het forum, maar je zei dat je alles wat nodig is om hier deel te nemen te plaatsen.
Ik heb alle plug-ins (ik moest nog maar een toe te voegen aan wat ik al had).
Ik ben een beetje verward over punt 3 in je bericht.
Het kleverige bericht. Ik gebruikte om te denken dat een kleverige post is een goed bericht.
Je vermeld dat het blijft op de bovenzijde van de posten tot een hoeveelheid van 100 reacties bereikt.
Ik weet niet hoe het te houden aan de top, tenzij ik stop met posten tot dan toe.
Ik heb nooit geprobeerd om dit te doen voordat u.
Misschien kunt u verlichten mij op deze.
En ja, ik ben de uitdaging aan. Laten we voor gaan.

Zijn het hebben van een na te denken over het hele kleverige bericht idee dat werd voorgesteld als een deel ervan. Als mensen zich ongemakkelijk bij het maken van de post een kleverige dan zo lang als ik een link naar het bericht dat ze willen de 100 reacties ontvangen op Ik denk dat dat zou wel goed zijn.
U kunt uw post die hetzij via een plugin genaamd "Wp Sticky Post" Ik denk dat dat is wat het wordt genoemd of uw andere optie is als je naar de post te publiceren, net voordat u op "onmiddellijk te publiceren" Klik op de 'Bewerken' koppelen een zal openen om te laten zien een doos waar het zegt: "Blijf dit bericht op de voorpagina" Alleen dat vakje en als je je 100 reacties hebben dan het vinkje uit het vakje en het zal niet langer een "sticky" .
Ik denk dat het makkelijker optie in plaats van de plugin.
Ook als u al een blog post in het achterhoofd, als u niet wilt dat om een nieuwe te laten em weet te schrijven en ik zal als ik maken van de "Blog Comment medewerkers" pagina te koppelen.
Een paar van de mensen in het forum waren een beetje benadrukt op het idee van het schrijven van een nieuwe post speciaal voor de uitdaging, dus ik dacht van dit idee en compromissen te sluiten en elkaar helpen.

Je hebt niet vermeld op welke datum ze moeten klaar zijn en de link naar u gestuurd voor het posten.

Hi Vance,
Ik ben Iedereen aansporen om hun berichten klaar te hebben voor het 1 augustus. Op die manier hebben we een maand de tijd om langzaam te omzeilen blogs van iedereen om een reactie te dragen aan.
Ik hoop dat we kunnen 100 mensen aan boord te krijgen. Vingers gekruist creëren we een leuke impuls. Hopelijk mensen die een bijdrage leveren aan de uitdaging zal bevorderen dat het hun lezers zo goed en de bal echt begint te rollen!

Hi Vance,
Geen zorgen over wanneer uw bericht klaar is. We probeerden de meeste mensen de blog berichten klaar te hebben vroeg, zodat als het ging om een bezoek aan ieders anders blogs die je alleen zou moeten doen een paar per dag.
We hebben nog geen 100 mensen hebben aan boord van nog dus ik ben er vrij zeker mensen zullen toetreden in de loop van de maand ook.

We vonden het een goed idee. Een geweldige manier voor ons om alle helpen elkaar.
Laat me weten als je wilt dat ik een post van jou in de uitdaging op te nemen. alles wat je hoeft te doen is een lijst van uw post met mij en dan iedereen die commentaar op je bericht dat je nodig hebt om opmerkingen te maken over hen.
Het idee is dat ongeveer 100 van ons allen netwerk rond elkaars blogs en een beetje plezier.

Dus is uw bericht de een: "Wie ben je geïnspireerd" voor de uitdaging?
Cool op het verzenden van de boodschap. Het zal geweldig zijn als we allemaal kunnen bevorderen het en krijg zo veel betrokken zijn als we kunnen.
Ik zal controleren op het forum en krijg de pagina begonnen. Ik moet de post voor de uitdaging wil ik mijn 100 reacties op later vandaag. Hoewel de manier waarop dit gaat dit kan de een zijn!

Hallo Jacinta, je houdt van een uitdaging ga je niet ...... Maar ze zijn de beste manier om vooruit te komen.
Uitstekend idee! Ik geplaatst op mijn blog van vorige week in de hoop om mensen te duwen in het creëren van content voor hun blogs, maar nooit aan gedacht van. Wat een uitstekend idee.
Natuurlijk ben ik er klaar voor, maar ik ga in het ziekenhuis op de 30ste, zodat je veel zal een extra 24 uur op mij ha ha hebben.
Binnenkort Catch-up van mijn vriend, hoop dat u en de kleine maken het goed.

Laat me weten wanneer uw bericht klaar is en ik zal een link plaatsen naar het.
Ik hoop dat deze uitdaging werkt. Hoewel de echte macht is in feite het krijgen van meer dan 100 mensen die betrokken zijn! Tot nu toe Ik denk dat er ongeveer 30 van ons. Hoeft alleen maar een beetje meer vaart!

No Worries op de link kant van de zaak. Ik probeerde te denken van een snelle manier waar we allemaal zouden kunnen verwijzen naar blogs van iedereen en een pagina was de snelle oplossing te hebben.

Ik ben alleen het tellen van de individuele mensen naar de uitdaging. Ik ben niet met inbegrip van de herhaalde opmerkingen en mijn antwoorden in de telling. Ik heb 23, 77 te gaan!

Hallo Alex,
Ga in uw bericht te bewerken instellingen en naast de "Publish onmiddellijk" Link of "Gepubliceerd" link moet u een link die "Edit" Klik op dat zegt en dan moet je de woorden "dit bericht stok te leveren aan de voorpagina" zien . Dat is de eenvoudigste manier om een sticky te maken.
Sommige mensen zijn niet het maken van hun berichten een kleverige, maar worden met directe links naar de berichten.
Plaats uw link in de MC forum zo goed en ik zal het maken van een pagina hier in de komende 24/48 uur dat we allemaal kunnen gaan naar sites van iedereen uit.
Ik hoop dat alles goed gaat. En veel succes met het krijgen van 100 reacties op je blog!

The challenge started as a bimbo comment I made in the forum and then Steve King ran with the idea and a few people jumped on so viola we now have a 100 blogging comment challenge! Oops on that one!
So far we have about 30 on board, so got to get a blog hopping to get some more interest up. Everyone is still writing their blog posts for the challenge.
If you know of people that would be interested in joining in, let them know. I have been tweeting madly.

Ik zal uw link nu toe te voegen aan de auteurs pagina en plaats een link op het forum ook.
Het enige wat je nu moet doen is een bezoekje brengen aan de bijdragende blogs op de auteurs pagina en maak een opmerking, kom later naar de pagina om de paar dagen om te zien of er nieuwe blogs worden toegevoegd. Ik zal het toevoegen van ieders links als ik ze.
Dan is het de bedoeling dat iedereen uiteindelijk commentaar op iedereen anders blogs en hopelijk hebben we 100 mensen betrokken bij het einde van dit en we hebben allemaal 100 mensen commentaar op onze berichten.
Nou dat is het gekke idee van het idee toch. Er gaat niets boven het creëren van een beetje uitdaging.
Ik wil dat dit om succesvol te zijn, dus ik sta op het punt om te gaan blog hoppen gek en de uitdaging te bevorderen. Als u een lijst of als je weet van de mensen waarvan u denkt dat geïnteresseerd zullen zijn hen te laten weten. Hoe meer hoe beter!

Welcome aboard the challenge! The forum is actually a private one as part of John Thornhill's coaching program. A few of us were commenting on achieving 100 blog posts and then the idea of the 100 comment challenge was born.
There will be list created on a few contributors blogs so everyone can move around easily plus everyone that joins that isn't in the forum I will be creating a thread inside to let the forum members know.

To make your post a “sticky” if you want to. When you go to publish your post in the 'Publish Box' you will see the tab where it says 'Publish' and beside that there is a link that says 'Edit'. Click on the edit link and a section should open up where you tick a box that says “Stick this post to the front page”.
If you are using a post you have already published for the challenge, click on the 'Edit' link next to 'Visibility' and the same option will appear.
There is a plugin called 'WP-Sticky” if you want to use that.
Let me know when your post is ready and I will link it through on the contributors page.

I use a plugin called 'WordPress Thread Comment'. It is really easy to install and set up.
It does make it a lot easier to reply to people's comments. You can do it from your admin interface.

I think I've now done all the bits with the plugs ins. The post that I thought I would put up (it's very early days for me) is the one called 'Sticky Memory'. It really is a term that I conjured up last week and thought that it might get your sort of visitors chatting.

Weighing it up, I reckon it's worth risking that for the period of the Challenge, it can be disabled or removed afterwards.

Welcome Aboard the challenge! I do agree that the plugins can leave you open to spammers. I am often going through my spamming folder deleting unworthy comments so to speak.
However what I have noticed since installing the plugins a few months ago is that my traffic has increased with genuine readers as well. There are people out there that will search out DoFollow, CommentLuv and KeywordLuv blogs to read and comment on.
It is a bit of a catch 22!
I will list your most recent post in the challenge if that is the one. Let me know if it isn't and I will change it.

Having a target/goal is quite often a good motivator and so with 100 individual visitors making a comment as the target we each have some work to do, but it will be worth it.

Glad you are aboard the challenge! Yes I completely agree 100 people is going to be a high target! However I think we can all do it together and encourage more to get involved.

Re your commentluv, to reset your link, just sign up to commentluv and reset it. I know my link played up for a while a couple of times depending on the blogs I visited. Sometimes people don't do the plugin update and that can cause some problems.
Another trick I used to do when my link was playing up was I would write my comment and check the link, if it said “There is a problem with your feed” I would uncheck the box wait about 30 seconds and recheck the box for it to search for the feed again. This used to work. Sometimes your site could be loading slower than the commluv link.

For the first time, realised that there was an arrow after it, my feed hadn't been working correctly a while back so the problem must have been caused then. It seems sort of ok now, just doesn't include my last post for some reason.

I was sent over by Sally as she is a fellow student over at Alex Jeffreys. I take a lot of action on what Sally says and she has helped me with a few things on my blog.

Welkom aan boord van de uitdaging! No worries on joining late. The reason why we wanted people to join early in the month was to make it easy for the blog hopping!
The earlier people join then they only have to visit a couple of blogs a day to get around to the 100. The later people join the more blog hopping they will have to do!
I will add this post to the contributors page, all you will need to do is add the plugins. Check back every couple of days to the contributors page as I will add people as they join.
We are aiming to get 100 people involved by the end of August so if you know anyone else that wants to have a little fun in a blogging challenge send them our way!

If the challenge is a success I would like to do it again in about 6 months time or so. Who knows it may get bigger and bigger every time!
I just got back from a one day seminar on “Internet Marketing” that I went to today. It was really interesting and full of gold nugget information. It just reinforced to me that what we have learned from JT was well worth doing and we are all on the right path.

I have been getting feedback of every one enjoying this process, it is really cool. I still haven't been able to get around to people's blogs and actually have a full read and comment yet. I have only been able to glance just to make sure things are ok for submitting.

Hi Jon,
I am not sure if the plugins would work for 'Tumblr', the plugins are for wordpress blogs mainly so I have no idea on that one!
However if you want in, all I really need from you is a link to your latest blog post so I can add you on to our contributors page.
Once your on the contributors page all you need to do is go around to all the contributing blogs and have a read, meet some new people and make some comments.
There are some amazing people that have joined in this challenge and the feedback I have been getting has been awesome.

Can so relate to being busy. I didn't quite realize what I had started with this challenge. It is developing a mind of its own!
I am starting to get excited, we have just hit the half way mark on contributors. We just might get to that magic figure of 100!! The aim is to have 100 of us on board by the end of August.

I must say its been great meeting so many new people and getting some great comments. My head is spinning from subscribing to so many lists but it is interesting to see what everyone is up to. As of now I have 51 individual comments, so not a bad effort!
However I think this has grown to something more than just the 100 individual comments. I have been getting some amazing feedback from people telling me they are enjoying the blog hopping process, meeting new people, reading new blogs.
I think it would be awesome if we get 100 contributors. The power of bogging and social networking is amazing!
Re Masterclass: Yes I have been a student of John Thornhill's I did his 16 week coaching program in 2008 and then did masterclass in 2009. This year I have been following along helping the new students in the forum.

The thing I have enjoyed most about this challenge is meeting new people. However the biggest buzz I have been getting from the whole process is watching everyone get excited about it, blog hopping around and really seeing the spirit of blogging and community emerging.

You're right the opportunity is here for contributors to build some great relationships through this challenge.
Some people are great at blog hopping as a routine, some only do it spasmodically for various reasons. Lately, i have fallen into the latter category sadly, though this 'challenge' gives me a 2nd chance.

I think most people are realising the power of blog hopping with this challenge and being introduced to people and blogs they normally would not have met.
I try and blog hop once a week if I can or at least once a fortnight to the regular blogs I visit. I also like to find new blogs to visit and i normally do that by blog hopping through the comments left on other blogs.
Some nights I have no idea where I started to how I ended up on some blogs. I have a lot of fun when I go on my blog hopping adventures.
Had better get back to adding some more contributors to the list.

Hi Rob,
I use a plugin called 'WordPress Threaded Comment” really easy to use and easy to set up. I means I can reply to people's comments straight under them and they can then reply back.
I have noticed an increase in comment discussion since introducing the plugin a couple of months ago.

No it isn't too late to join. As long as you have a blog post ready and have installed the plugins if you can you can join.
The idea is to have 100 on board before the end of August. The earlier people have joined the easier it has been for them as they have only had to visit a couple of blogs a day. The later people join the more blog hopping they have to do to get around to everyone by the end of the challenge.
However in saying that. I still haven't gotten around to everyone yet. I will be blog hopping in my sleep very shortly!
Let me know when you are ready and I will list your post on the contributors list.

I guess with my last comment in which I logged in to the challenge I should have been here at this post.
Never mind it wont be the first time I didnt get it
exactly right. So I will start here on your post
and work my way from 1) to 100). I shall start off that way in order to keep on track.
Since signing up last night I already
got 5 comments today. Wow thats as many as I have had for the past year.

I am pleased you are enjoying the blog hopping process. I have been getting a lot of feedback from people really loving it and enjoying the fact that they are meeting new people and being introduced to new blogs.
I think we might just make the 100 which will be absolutely awesome. I still haven't had the chance to start my blog hopping yet. My little one is in playgroup tomorrow so I should be able to start then.
I use a plugin called “WordPress Threaded comment” This allows me to be able to reply to everyone's comments and my reply be placed directly under the commentator. It is a great plugin and really easy to use.

It's taken me a bit to get a post that I felt was worthy of 100 visitors but I finally got it up and running today:

My major problem is installing the plugins! I've tried to install commentLuv – it doesn't show in my list of plugins in the WP Dashboard – but if I try to install it – I get the message that it's installed!! Strange! Any ideas??
I must admit that I've had mega problems with some of the others too. I'm working on them – will this disqualify me? I am trying to get them installed – just having a fight with technology grrrrrr
Anyways – I'll be giving the plugins another go tomorrow/today so I hope that's OK.

Got to LOVE sally for getting behind the challenge. John Thornhill has promoted it on his blog as well as Randy Smith has been contributing as well. It is awesome the amount of positive feedback I have been getting. People have been enjoying meeting new people, reading new blogs they may other wise not have been introduced to and creating new relationships.
I think this has surpassed the whole comment idea now.

No worries on my bimbo idea being a good one!!
The feedback I have been getting has been awesome. Everyone has enjoyed the process so far, meeting new people, reading new blogs etc etc. I think this has been perfect for a few people at the moment. Some have mentioned that this challenge has given them ideas for future blog posts and has really got their creative juices flowing.
Apparently it has helped a few students with their writers block and given some people that real pep they have needed.
Once things started to roll with this I realized it had become a lot more than the comments idea. It is more about networking and meeting people that most people would other wise not have met.
Not sure on the regularity of the event. A few people have mentioned that now. It is a good idea. though and definitely food for thought.
We are up to 75 now!!

Well, I may be four days over the deadline but I have actually reached the finishing line, all 102 blog posts read, commented on and Stumbled.
This has been an amazing journey – a bit more time consuming than I anticipated but that's a testimony to the quality of the blog posts and comments, I lingered far longer on most of them than I'd intended.
Thanks again Jacinta, I'm sure you'll be relieved when it's all done and dusted and you get your life back. It would be nice if we could all keep in touch but I don't suppose you'll feel to eager at the moment to organise a reunion next August

I think we may have another big challenge once a year, however I am looking into creating a forum for everyone to stay in touch with and maybe create their own challenges from.

Hi Kathy,
Sometimes the commentluv tracking can be faster than the feed from your website. If the blog post is not picked up and underneath your comment it says 'Error” just uncheck the box, wait 30 seconds and re check the box before submitting your comment. This will often reset the feed.
You could also sign up to the 'comluv' website and submit your website there. Once I did that I haven't had problems with my feed.
Good to hear that you are having fun with the challenge. The feedback I have been getting is that it has been a success so far and everyone has been enjoying meeting everyone.
Who knows, this may become a yearly event!

I think my name has a Spanish background, meaning “purple flower” from “Hycinth”. It was my mothers favourite name when I was born.
I still have to get around to everyone's blogs and have a read. I have been busy processing everyone. The response has been awesome, and even if we don't get the 100 sign ups I still class this challenge as a success.
It has been a lot of work, however the benefits completely out way the time. The buzz of community that has been generated has been awesome.

Once I have listed your blog post. Then all you need to do is visit all the contributing blogs and make comment, meet some new people and do a little social bookmarking on everyone's post as well.
This has become more than just the comments for me now. My mission is to make sure everyone else gets 100 individual comments!!

How is the blog hopping going? We have some amazing contributors that have joined.
I have noticed everyone slowly getting around to everyone's blogs which is awesome, and the feed back I have been getting is great.
I am updating the contributors page daily as people join. We have 78 officially on board as of today. We have nearly hit the 100 mark. So even if we don't we should all still end up with 78 individual comments on everyone's blog!
Not a bad effort!

First you need to pick a post on your blog that you want to contribute to the challenge.
If you want it could be your most recent post “How to write an ebook that is included in the best seller list” That sounds like a great article to contribute!
Next install the plugins that are mentioned in my blog post above. You may have problems with keywordluv, if you do do not worry about it.
Next give me confirmation of your blog post url link that you want to contribute, and I will list it on the contributors page here:

Once I have listed your blog on the contributors page then everyone will be able to visit your blog and make comment on your post.
You need to visit everyone's blogs and make comments on their posts as well. That is the whole point of the challenge. That we all visit each others blogs and make comments.
Plus you have to socially book mark the posts as well, either with 'Stumble Upon, Delicious, Digg, Twitter, etc etc etc. you must socially book mark each post you comment on.
The challenge officially ends the 31st of August so the idea is to have visited everyone's blog posts by then so if we have 100 contributors then on the 31st of August we should all have had 100 people make comments on our blog posts as well as socially book mark them.
Re the keywordluv plugin. What are your main keywords to your website? “Article Marketing Tips & Tricks”. That is your slogan. So whenever you visit a site that has 'keywordluv' installed you can write in the name field when you leave a comment, “Fran @ Article Marketing Tips & Tricks”

I came up with a wonderful idea I want to share with you. Since the inception of the 100 comment blog challenge, I have been visiting all the blogs on the list, although I have not been to them all yet, I have been to quite a few.
There are some very helpful and informative blog posts out there from you guys. A lot of various subjects as well. Not just internet marketing. I have seen blogs about dog care, exercise and nutrition, golf, parenting, and many more.
What I have also seen is that all of the bloggers are into helping others succeed online. So I propose the idea of taking the 100 blog comment challenge a step further. Let us all get together and collabarate and put our heads together. How about if we all join forces so everyone benefits and succeeds online?
My idea is to combine say, 10 or more of our blog posts and create an ebook or a free report. Three or four can get together, submit content, add affiliate links for recommended products or links to their own products. Give givewaway rights to the report or ebook, with the stipulation that no changes are made, and then share it with the rest of the 100 blog post challenge bloggers so we can have a product to give away to help build our lists of subscribers.
Just think of the possibilities here. We can all create products together. We can do interviews on skype of the each other. Everyone has talents and abilities that the other does not have. We can use the recording as a stand alone product or a giveaway on a squeeze page. We can make say 20 or 30 products or more and host our own internet marketing giveaway, giving our products away to help others succeed online as well. All the while creating subscriber list of potential customers.
What do you think of this idea? Am I going off the deep end here?
Can something like this work?

Right now I just want to get through the challenge!
Do a post in the forum about this and let everyone else know what you think. It is probably a really good idea for the new students as well as involving previous students.
I think logistically it would be interesting to work out and a little too much for my brain right now,
However definitely food for thought when the challenge officially ends! I want to create a survey of everyone that contributes to find out what they really thought about everything and how it could improve if I was to make this a regular event at the end of the challenge.

well, you have inspired a few (93 so far!) people to take part for which many congrats and congrats to all participants too as it is quite an exercise to fit in around 'normal' daily schedules, isn't it?
My hope is that even after the challenge is finished we will have established a routine, if you like, of visiting a certain number of blogs a day (a week?) to make comments and so KEEP THE MOMENTUM going, build on new friendships etc and links with like minded people to further our online and off-line activities to mutual gain?
Not to mention the stimulus to making more regular blog posts!!!!!!!!1
Maybe a bit idealistic but could be worthwhile for all concerned?

I am just starting the”100 blog comment Challenge”. This is my first comment here. I read your blog post and it enlightened
me and I felt the reality of knowing 100 people blogging. It is a great idea for blog networking. When I think, it has so many great things going for all of us,
1.It is an awesome social net work and networking in the real sense.
2.It is a great way to achieve latest information.
3.credibility to ourselves and our blogs.
4.Traffic to the blogs
It is hard to mention all. Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU:0)

This looks pretty exciting. How does a body get involved if they don't really have a personal blog up as of yet? I have a couple or three but they are all commercial in nature.
If one of those is acceptable I will set it up as it does have posts, but only directed to the blog at hand.
I have enjoyed reading what you have here. Keep up the good work and congrats on the 100 post as well.

As long as your article has a good element of content for the contributors to read and it isn't just a blatant sales pitch then all should be fine.

I just came by to see how many people are in this challenge. You are almost there and the number of comments you've got is now well over 100 even if you don't count your own.
I think that nobody can catch up with you so give yourself a big celebration.
People are trickling to comment on my blog but not as fast as I'm leaving comments on theirs.
Hopefully things can catch up eventually.

Hi Vance,
We have 97!! Woo Hoo Happy Dance! Nearly There!
I officially have 85 individual comments. Only each person is counted once and my replies are not counted at all.
As soon as we have the 100 on board which will hopefully be in the next couple of days I am going to start motivating everyone to complete the challenge and visit each others blogs.
The idea is for us all to achieve the amount of individual comments together. EG if we have 97 contributors then by the 31st of August we should all have had at least 96 people comment on our blog posts.
Nou dat is het plan! It is about us all achieving this together.
I am going to email everyone the contributor list once it is completed so everyone has a copy and doesn't have to keep popping back here.
Fingers crossed we get another 3 members in the next 2 days!!

Hi Justin,
Your rss feed is normally something like 'yourdomian.com/feed' or 'yourdomain.com/rss'. It depends on the website.
I think you have submitted it correct as your link is showing up properly and it is showing up that you are a member of 'Comluv' so I wouldn't worry about it.

I use a plugin called “WP-Sticky”, However you don't have to make the post a sticky if you don't want to. All I need is a link to your blog post that you want to contribute and I will place that link onto the contributors page here:

No Worries! I think this challenge idea was a good bimbo moment of mine!
The challenge now for me is to make sure everyone goes around and blog hops before then end of August. As long as everyone comments on all the contributors blogs everyone should have the 98 individual comments assuming no one else joins.

Wow if only all blonde moments were as inspirational.
I've only just started with Alex's coaching and I picked up this link in the forum.
How do I become a part of the 100 comment club? I know I may be a little late at starting the challenge but would relish the opportunity to rise to the challenge.
I have added the plugins that you recommended (all except the keywordluv as I don't seem to be able to get a link to that one) the plugins are great so for that information alone I am immensely grateful.

Well you certainly started something, didn't you? What a brilliant idea!!!! Congratulations on getting so, so many people off their buts and doing something (me included). It has been so much fun, I love going to other peoples blogs, reading the posts, reading the comments and leaving a comment. The added bonus is that people are coming to my blog and leaving comments as well (as you say Happy Dance). The only problem that I have is that I am taking so much time reading everything that I am running out of month to get to everyone's blog to leave a comment. I hope people don't mind if I just keep stopping by their blogs next month and leave a comment.

Please don't give up the blog commenting!
The idea is for us all to succeed and if one or 2 slow down then we all won't receive the comments by the end of August! Which means the challenge won't be the success for everyone that it is meant to be.
Please Please Please stay focused!!
This is important for the success for everyone. I know it is time consuming. I didn't realise the level, however it is so worth it!
Try to honour the challenge as best as you can remember we are all counting on each other to succeed, we all need to do the right thing by each other.
I have had a few people inquire to join since the final ones joined and I have said no because we have our group now.

Cool! Keep up the commenting! I am really hoping everyone honours the commitment to the challenge. I know this is time consuming. I just really want it to work for everyone and all before the end of August!
I have had to turn 3 people away now in order to honour the members that have joined. I feel really bad doing that however if more people join then I don't know how it will work. Am a bit confused on that one.
I am in the middle of transcribing some audios over the next 2 days and then it is all about blog hopping and checking up everyone is doing the right thing.

Well, I've bumped into Sally Neill's blog a couple times, and see the “100 Comment Challenge” button both times. So here I am, signing up.
What am I getting myself into? !
Thanks for kicking this off. I've got a very busy life just now, and will be launching an inexpensive, newbie “get your list going” site in 12 short days. So it will be 2 or 3 days before I can follow your instructions here, add the necessary plugins – and did I see something about VISITING all these other blogs?
I guess you're going to keep me busy! I'll keep the Starbucks flowing. I'm in, though I have not yet read the instructions!

Only dilemma is we have just completed our members!
If this challenge is successful and is completed in time we are thinking of doing another one soon. I am about to go around and check up on all the members so if anyone pulls out. I will let you know.
This is a big challenge. We all have to blog hop around 101 blogs, leave a comment, socially book mark the post all before the 31st of August so we all will receive 101 dedicated comments on a blog post!

I don't think I realised the work load this little actually BIG challenge was going to take up!
As you know phase 1 is over we are on to phase 2 which is making sure everyone comments on everyone's blogs. I have started my blog hopping process tonight!
I had to finish @750 “$%^&” audio transcriptions before I could start hoping. They were due to be finished today. I just made it!
I am hoping to send out an email to everyone again in the next couple of days to remind everyone of the commenting and I will mention Akismett as well. Thank you for reminding me!

First of all, this was a great idea and is certainly a challenge. I'm feel like a seasoned journalist and have some serious writers cramp. LOL
Hopefully everyone is social bookmarking the posts they comment on, as this will surely help us all. OK, I am off to leave comments on other blogs, as I still have a lot of work to do by the end of the month!

Boy can I relate to the writers cramp!
Now that we have our contributors I am finally heading around to everyone's blogs to have a read as well as check on how people are going.
I have 92 more blogs to go!
This has been a really interesting idea and journey. I am really hoping everyone honours the challenge and does comment on everyone's blogs as well as socially book marks them.
I have already noticed people's Alexa rankings dropping. Mine has hit the peak in drop it is now starting to balance itself out. It dropped over 120,000, not a bad result!
I will be interested to see what happens with everyone's page ranks when google does it's change again.
Have a great time with the challenge. When you are finished I would love your feedback on what you thought about it both good and bad and whether you think it is worth doing again next year?

Yes we have 102 contributors! It could have been more, however I had to close the entrants in order to give us all a fair chance to blog hop and complete the challenge together.

I completely agree this has been one big exercise. I think my butt has a permanent cushion mark from my seat and my fingers have been glued to the keyboard with toothpicks holding up my eyes!
I think next time we should make the challenge last a little longer in order for it not to get in the way of our normal life and work commitments as well as not feeling so pressured.
I hope everyone does the right thing by everyone and comments on everyone's blogs as soon as they can. I will be interested to see the results by the first week of September that is for sure!

Woo Hoo Happy Dance!!
Success!! I have just received 100 individual comments on a blog post!
The idea was to get 100 different people comment on a blog post. Well that was the bimbo comment I said!
Then the idea progressed if we got 101 people involved and committed to comment on each others blogs then we would all get 100 comments on a blog post together.
Hence the 100 blog post comments challenge was born!
We have 102 contributors. We could have had more, however I had to close entrants off in order to give the challenge a chance of success.
It is a lot of work to go visit 100 blogs, have a read and give good quality blog comments that contribute to a conversation.
I don't think we realised the level of commitment and time involved when we started this. My hubby and bubba think my fingers are glued to the keyboard!
This has been time consuming, however so well worth it. Seeing 100 people come together is awesome. especially when we have no money to gain from doing this. It has become more about building relationships and networking and developing a growing community.
I think we will be doing this again next year, although I think it will need to run a little longer than a month inorder to give everyone a fair chance to get around to everyone's blogs with out interupting their normal work loads.

Nope can't un-glue them yet! I still have 65 blogs to go visit and comment on all before the 31st of August as part of my commitment to 101 people getting involved in this challenge.
It has definitely been a learning curve and I think next time we do the challenge it will be a lot better organised!
This one was put together in a bit of a rush and truthfully when I wrote this post on the 25th of July I really didn't believe it was going to generate the interest it did.
Phase 1 is complete 102 contributors.
Phase 2 is complete for me, I have achieved the 100 individual comments,
Now for Phase 3. I have to blog hop my way around all the contributors blogs by the weekend and check on how everyone's blog commenting is going! Oeps op die ene!
Speaking of which I had better get back to blog hopping!

It's a 3 phase process and they always work well according to the underpants gnomes…

(right now people who watch South Park are having a giggle…the rest are probably thinking I'm nuts…or drinking!

I think the challenge has done exactly what you have said! Originally it was about seeing if I could get 100 different people comment on a blog post, however now I realise it has been more about a bunch of people wanting to join together and create a little community all helping each other.

I guess I missed out on all the fun. What I don't understand is why do you say you made a “bimbo comment”? I'm still trying to figure that one out.
It would have been interesting to see what the response would have been on the subject of what happens when exposed to reactive hazardous chemicals on a daily bases for over 40 years. Drip, Drip, Drip.
Nobody wants to talk about the steady drip and if you think you live with a “drip,” be glad you really don't. Next time someone calls you CRAZY, smile and say, “Thanks for reminding me! I'm scheduled to fly over the cuckoo's nest in 5 minutes. See ya!
