Christopher Howard’s “Break Through To Success”

I highly highly recommend going to this seminar if you can. I was fortunate to be given these tickets in August 2006. That event changed my life and contributed to where I am today!

One of the biggest changes was having my little girl!!

The World Internet Summit

This was the seminar event I sent my dad to in July 2007, just after I had my little girl. This was the event that really started my online journey.

Now that my little girl is older I was able to go to this event in February this year. I took my dad again and had an absolute ball. I learnt so much that I am still comprehending it all!

If you are in a part of the world where you can get to this seminar you will not regret it. It is one of the best business seminars I have ever been to and they teach you so much. They cater this seminar to the absolute newbie and give away heaps and heaps of information and bonuses as well.

If you ever go in Australia you may see me there!!

Books I Have Read And Highly Recommend…..

“The One Minute Millionaire” by Mark Victor Hansen & Robert Allen

This book absolutely changed my life. I read it when I was heavily pregnant with my little one.

The story is compelling about a mother and her fight for her children as well as being very much a lesson about business.

The book is split into 2. One side about business, and one side the story.

I highly recommend this book. I have read it half a dozen times already. Each time learning something new.

This was the very first book that taught me the power of running a business and the internet.

“Goals!” by Brian Tracey

I read this book about a year before I read “The One Minute Millionaire”. It is easy to read and very easy to understand.

Brian teaches you step by step how to set goals properly. How to write them, how to read them, and what to expect from them.

It also teaches you the steps you then need to take to achieve the goals you want and how to break your goals down to bite size tasks that are easy to do and complete.

This is one of the best books I have ever read on Goal setting. I use the techniques I learned from this book every day.

“How To Make Money While You Sleep” by Brett McFall

I loved this book. I bought it March last year and read it with in 48 hours. It was such an easy read and very easy to understand.

Brett explains step by step a simple way to setting up a business online. And depending on where you are in the world he also gives you complimentary tickets to his one day seminar.

I went to this seminar in June last year and highly highly recommend going if you can! It is fun and very inspiring and motivating. Plus you learn about developing a business online.

This is one you should add to your library.

“Honest Riches” By Holly Mann

I found this book when I was doing my first research on internet marketing just after my father had gone to the World Internet Summit in 2007.

Holly’s book is brilliant. It is so easy to understand and so easily explained. Her manual is very step by step on creating a business online.

This book covers everything from basic website building with wordpress, affiliate marketing, internet marketing, advertising and so so much more.

I highly highly highly recommend this one! This was the book that really made me believe in what I could do with setting up a business on the internet. It was the first book I read just after having my bubba that really helped me beginning this path into the world of internet marketing.

The Thirty Day Challenge

I was first introduced to the Thirty Day Challenge last year by a friend of my fathers who had done the challenge and highly recommended it. At first I didn’t know what the whole idea of the challenge was but thought I would give it a go anyway.

Basically the concept of the thirty day challenge is to teach the complete newbie how to make a dollar (a single dollar$) online. 30DC (Thirty Day Challenge) has been going since 2005 and each year they have grown and grown. Last year they had over 50,000 people sign up and they haven’t released the figures for this year yet (2009) but I am sure it will be that again and more.

The best thing about the 30DC is that the training is FREE. This stuff is amazing and it still shocks me that it is free. They were teaching Twitter and Facebook way before twitter and Facebook became what they are today.

Their training is on the forefront of the internet world teaching you everything from the basics of researching a niche, finding affiliate products, creating a blog, sourcing traffic, web 2.0, and so so much more.

Even though the concept of the challenge is to make a dollar in thirty days, the training is then available online for a year until the next years challenge so you can access the training all year round.

The Thirty Day challenge is FREE to join and FREE to use. The people are awesome and the forum is an excellent community of really helpful friendly people.

I can not recommend these people enough so if you don’t have the funds to pay for training but want to start learning about setting up a basic business online, then definitely learn from the thirty day challenge.

As you may be aware from my some of my blog posts I have been one of John Thornhill’s coaching students for the last 12 months. I was first introduced to John Thornhill by purchasing one of his books about selling on ebay “The Ninety Day Powerseller”. There are so many paid coaching programs out there. You need to trust your instinct when choosing a mentor. John knows his stuff and he has walked the talk. He is not like the big name guru’s out there full of inflated ego, (boy could I name a few here ) John is the real deal. He is honest and truthful and does not fill you with the crap hype that you hear from the others.

I would not be where I am today if it wasn’t for doing John’s coaching program. I can not recommend it enough!
