Raymond Aaron – 2011 Blueprint Seminar – Part 1
Hello All,
Welcome to my first post of many for my ‘Internet Marketers Seminar Speakers Series’…………
Finally! You may be thinking or saying!
Thank you for being patient with me as I know I have been promising this series for quite a while now.
Over the last 3 years I have been to quite a few seminars on internet marketing and wealth creation and seen probably 30 speakers or more.
Plus I have also watched a few seminars on dvd and listened to many an interview or 4!
This speakers series is going to be a summary of my notes on each speaker and what I have learned from them all.
And being the good little note taker and student I am I have notebook after notebook just waiting for me to create summaries for you.
So welcome to my first summary from the most recent seminar I went to in May this year.
“Raymond Aaron’s 2011 Blueprint Success Seminar”
OK. So let me begin with a little history first before I get stuck into the summary.
Some of you may not have heard of Raymond Aaron. He is not your average ‘Internet Marketer’.
I hadn’t heard of him either until I first saw him back in March 2009 speaking at the ‘World Internet Summit’ seminar.
(WIS was the first seminar on ‘Internet Marketing’ I went to & it was also the seminar I sent my father to back in 2007 just after I had my bubba! You can read about my father’s experience here: WIS)
Raymond was the last speaker to the 4 day weekend. There were @500 people that had attended the seminar and by 5pm Sunday afternoon most of us were exhausted from listening to a good dozen or more different speakers over the 4 days.
The seminar ran from 9am-7pm every day and if I remember correctly quite a few people had left by the time Raymond was due to start.
I was tempted to leave, however I thought at the time I had flown from Melbourne to Queensland to go to the seminar and I may as well stay to the very end.
I am so glad I did!
Raymond’s talk was amazing! He was entertaining, inspiring, personal and transformational in just 90 minutes.
He received a standing ovation!!
No other speaker had received that!
I didn’t sign up for his coaching (I didn’t have the funds available to even think about signing up for anyone’s coaching at the time.
) but I did witness @60 people or more run up to the back of the room and were signing up during the break.
Raymond was mobbed and hugged and thanked more than what I had witnessed with the other seminar speakers.
I knew then, that if I was given the opportunity to see Raymond again I would jump at it.
In September 2009 at the ‘Dream Life 2009′ seminar Raymond was again one of the last speakers and again he got a standing ovation in front of a room of @300 for his 90 minute talk. Plus again I saw more people sign up for his coaching and thank him more than any of the others.
Both ‘WIS’ and ‘DreamLife’ were very similar talks and I promise you I will do a summary of those talks at a later date.
This particular summary is dedicated to Raymond’s most recent seminar “2011 Blueprint’.
(If you want to find out more about Raymond Aaron Click here: Raymond)
I found out about Raymond touring in May back in March from his facebook page!
I knew as soon as I saw that his seminar was going to be for 2 full days and that the 2 days were just of Raymond training, I knew I had to get there with bells on!
Plus the seminar was FREE! Yes you read right. FREE!
I organised my little one into daycare for the 2 days and I went.
I was actually miserable at the time because my little cat ‘Missy Moo’ had died only a few days before. (You can read that post here, Missy Moo) However I was not going to let the opportunity slip by.
I am so glad I went!
It was one of the best events I have been to so far and trust me I have been to a few over the last couple of years and seen dozens of different speakers.
’2011 Blueprint’ was awesome!
Raymond’s seminar is not a sales pitch! Yes he does promote a coaching program at the very end, however for 2 solid days I learned some rock solid marketing and business tactics that can be applied to any business, not just in the online world.
When I walked in to the seminar room I expected there to be a few hundred people like usual even though Raymond had promoted he was limiting the places. I thought ‘Yeah Right, Good sales pitch!’
I was blown away there were only 20 of us! Talk about an intimate seminar. He was right when he said the seminar was going to be real and be personal and be educational and we were going to get Raymond!
He delivered the WOW that is for sure.
So without further comment, let me begin my summary!
Raymond Aaron ‘Ultimate Success 2011 Blueprint’
The idea behind this seminar is to teach us how to learn how to ‘double our income’.
After all the introductions the first concept that Raymond taught us that I found really interesting was what he terms as………
‘The 6 Rung Ladder Of Profits’
4 – Profitablity
3 – Creativity
2 – Credibility
1 – Visibility
——————————
-1 -Invisibility
-2 – Instability
So let me explain further………….
RUNG 1 – VISIBILITY
How visible are we? Do we have any social profiles such as Twitter, MySpace, Facebook, LinkedIn?
How popular are our profiles? (Raymond has @98,000 Twitter followers just to put this rung into perspective. I have @2,000!
)
Do we already have mailing lists of people interested in what we have to say?
What is our level of people reach in total?
How many potential people are we in front of?
The point is…….
If we want to increase or in Raymond’s words ‘Double Our Income’ we need to increase our visiblity.
So have a think…… How visible are you?
RUNG 2 – CREDIBILITY
Yes we need to increase our visibility, but how liked are we?
People follow people they like, people do business with people they lile, people buy from people they like…..
How do we appear to people?
How do we dress? How do we speak?
What are our mannerisms like, our attitudes and our personality? etc etc etc
Do we walk our talk? Are we the same in public as we are in private?
Raymond says “How you do one thing, is how you do everything.”
Are we reliable and honest and transparent?
What have been our traits in the past and how can we change to improve our visibility and our integrity.
RUNG 3 – CREATIVITY
This rung is relevant to our business model or career aspiration.
Is our business scalable?
Can we track and measure our progress?
A good business or career aspiration should be measurable and it should have room to grow, adapt and change.
RUNG 4 – PROFITABILITY
This rung is the top of the ladder!!!
We can not be solidly and properly profitable without the combination of Rungs 1, 2 & 3.
Have a think about where you are on this ladder so far?
Be honest with yourself!
How visible are you?
How credible are you?
How creative is your business or job you do?
Are you profitable?
In order to be financially independent in life we need to aim to be a combination of the 4 ladder rungs mentioned above.
If not we may still be struggling to even get on the ladder and be stuck at rungs -1 & -2!
RUNG -1 – ‘INVISIBILITY’
If you are on this rung, than basically your reach is just the people that know you! Your immediate friends, family and work colleagues.
This may be fine for some but if we want to increase our opportunities in life and double our income potential, then we need to go from ‘Invisible’ to rung number 1 ‘Visible’.
We have to get out there and get known!
RUNG -2 – ‘INSTABILITY’
This rung covers our emotions and our current financial well being.
Are we paralyzed by our fears?
Do we procrastinate? Do we say we are going to do something and never get around to it?
Do we fear our own success?
Are we afraid to break out of our own comfort zones?
Are we dependent on someone else to give us financial stability, such as an employer? What would happen if we lost our jobs? Could we generate our own income or would we need to rely on others to pay us to survive?
Are we in bad debt constantly?
—————————
After Raymond explained the ladder rungs to us, he then asked us to have a serious think about where we felt we were on the ladder.
(I have only briefly summarised the rungs, there was a lot more detailed information. I could only take so many notes!)
He then made us tell the room!
Talk about make us accountable, especially when there were only @20 people in the room, most of which were very successful business owners and high paid executives and here I am a ‘stay at home mum!’
I felt out of my league!
And after thinking about it, I realised I was a combination of rungs -1 & -2. However with what I have currently been doing online over the last 3 years, I have started dipping my toes in rungs 1 & 2 too with plenty of room for growth!
So ever so slowly improving……………..
And that is the whole point. If we want to improve our lives and our income potential we need to work on improving our position on the ’6 Rung Ladder Of Profit’.
So where are you on the ladder?
————————————————————————————–
OK. So that was what we were taught just in the first 90 minutes of the seminar.
I have only just touched the tip of the iceberg with Raymond’s teachings. I will share more soon….
Pretty good stuff so far huh!
Definite food for thought.
OK so must away, tis time to get some sleep….
Hope everything is going well for you where ever you are in the world….
So until next time……..
“One day, one hour, one minute & one task at a time will lead you to your dreams”
![]()
P.S If you want to see Raymond live, his seminar is currently traveling the world. If you can get to see him…. GO! You will not regret it! Raymond Aaaron
P.P.S In my next blog post I will continue with my seminar summary so stay tuned………….

Hi Jacinta,
Thanks for sharing your notes with us. I feel like I’m back in school. LoL.
Anyway its a good thing what you’re doing. It really makes us think and be aware. It keeps us on our toes.
Reading your post makes me realize this is like a combination to open the lock to success.
Very interesting, looking forward to more. Thanks Jacinta,

Hi Terry,
School?? Your not wrong! That was what I felt like when I was at this particular seminar.
Plus I used to be an offline teacher so I am getting my teacher mojo back!
I agree with you on this whole process feeling like a big combination lock that we are all trying to figure the numbers out.
I wrote about a formula for learning if I was to start all over again for one of Dawn’s future posts.
Sometimes learning from mentors can be a good thing and yet a confusing thing at the same time because they all have different ways of teaching and what they feel are important.
Not all mentors teach everything that is for sure.
Regarding more, well I get the feeling this will be more than 2 parts.. I have only just summarised the first page of my notes here and I wrote 22 of them, so get ready for a good series. Not sure how many blog posts this seminar will take.
I thought it would be a good one to start with as it is the most recent seminar I have been to.
My intention now is to just focus on giving summaries of all the seminars and seminar speakers I have seen and go from there. Plus I am going to be working on turning my emails into a newsletter that will have it’s own site.
I will let you know when it’s ready, you will get an email! hehehehehehe lol
Thank you for being the first to comment!
See you on your blog soon!
Cheers

Hi Jacinta, I love the idea of ‘double your income’ as you can start at whatever level you are currently at. I read a story once about how to make a million out of a penny, and the principle was the same, each step you fous on doubling what you have in your hand, so one becomes two, two becomes four, four becomes eight…little steps at first, but bigger steps as you get more confident. Great post, thanks so much for sharing, I’m going to print this out and re-read a few times.
Enjoy the journey.

Hi Mandy,
Thank you for popping by!
I am glad you liked the post. I am trying to move full steam ahead now (well part time around 4 year old anyway!
)
I have been talking about doing this series of posts for nearly a year now since just before we did the 100 comment challenge.
It feels good to finally get it started and I know I have a wealth of gold nuggets I can share from all the seminars.
If you like this post which is just the first 90 minutes of the 2 day seminar you will like the next few posts as well.
Not sure how many posts it will take yet. I have only just touched the tip of the training. It was one of the best weekends I have ever been to.
I completely agree with the concept of ‘Double Your Income’ and the teachings we got from the seminar do teach us how to do it, however the trick is to take action on it, which is what we are all trying to do.
Our goals need to be achievable!
Hope all is going well.
See you on your blog soon!

Hi Jacinta
Hope all is well with you?
I really liked this post and I am already looking forward to the next one!
Thanks for sharing this information and your experience Jacinta, it sounds as though you took a lot away with you from these meetings.
“The 6 rung ladder of profits” there is definitely a lesson to be learnt here – I would put myself presently on -1 invisibility working towards 1 visibility, it is improving so I am pleased with that.
I do have a decent list of subscribers I am constantly working to build it.
It also sounds as though you have enough information to pass on in an e-Book Jacinta!
Great post, keep them coming
Catch up soon

Hi Ian,
Thank you for popping by!
Glad you liked the info. The next post should be here by next Tuesday. Just slowly getting back into blogging again.
Yes “The 6 rung ladder” is interesting. Especially when you are really honest with yourself on where you are.
My list has only just started really. I have been a silly person over the last 3 years and didn’t really worry about list building!
DOH! Bimbo strikes again!
And re the ebook, well yes I do have a plan to create a few products later in the year. Just got some other priorities first………….
I hope everything is going well for you.
See you on your blog soon!

Hi Randy,
Have had a bit of a trying time the last few months. A few personal tragedies that I have had to deal with.
To tell you the truth I was seriously thinking about giving up on all of this………
BUT being a person that does not like to give up or quit I just took some time out and now I am BACK!
Glad you like the post. Next one should on by next Tuesday!
Will slowly get back into being blogging regularly again.
Hope all is going well with you.
See you on your blog soon!

Hi Jason,
Thank you for popping by!
It was free because of the coaching program that was promoted at the end of the seminar.
However in saying that Raymond is a big believer of giving quality in order to receive back.
Hope you visit back here soon.

Jacinta great post and although I have never heard of Raymond the way you describe the audience reaction to him proves that no matter what the doomsayers would have us believe there are people in the IM world that are playing it straight.

Hi Igor,
Raymond is one of the good guys! A lot of the IM marketers out there could certainly take a leaf out of Raymond’s book. That is for sure!
He teaches that it can be about giving as well as receiving in business and ways to brand and market better both offline and online.
Hope all is going well for you. See you on your blog soon!

Thanks Jacinta, for sharing the ideas with us. Actually even I have been following various blogs and articles to learn more on business Entrepreneurship, but no matter I couldn’t be well satisfied with the blog postings by most of the business promoting sites. Seminars do help to a little extent but still the purpose is not met. Thank you so much once again for the share. The points discussed by Mr. Aaron seem to be peculiar and shall be definitely implemented by many of us.

Hey Jacinta,
I have only been to a few seminars and they have been massive. Too big really and every time someone came onto stage it was just like a pitch fest.
Basically talk about a product the are going to launch very soon, how good it is and how everybody needs it NOW! Then make an offer before the launch, highly discounted.
Luckily I was never in a position to take up these offers, as I went for the information and networking. But most people where like bees around honey. It was quite funny to watch at times.
It’s sounds you were given a real personal touch with only 20 people, the ones I have attended have been over 2000.
Maybe I will have to attend more this year and be a bit more selective
Cheers

Hi Craig,
If you get the chance to go see Raymond, GO GO GO!
It is so worth it. It will open up your ideas and mind on offline and online business. It isn’t just directed at online business. The seminar is directed more to people that want to improve their branding and earning capacity.
I agree on it being funny to watch all the people running to the back of the room and yes I dislike those pitch fests as well. I have seen a few speakers like that and have ended up walking out to go get a coffee sometimes.
I often go to seminars now to watch how they teach, and how they speak. It is a good way to learn what not to do.
I was shocked when I saw there were only 20 people in the room. It made the seminar so much more personal and interactive etc.
Considering Raymond’s organisation has been involved with the “Jack Canfield” from ‘Chicken Soup for the Soul” books and ‘Robert Kyosaki’ from ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ I was a little humbled.
His style of teaching is genuine. I really do admire Raymond as a mentor and I have every intention of signing up to one of his coaching programs when I can afford it.
It is a goal of mine.
Hope everything is going well.
See you on your blog soon!

Thank you for popping by!
Glad you like the info. I have been writing the drafts for the next few posts. So far I have summarised my notes for another 3 parts and I am about half way through. So looks like this my be a big summary!
I am trying to keep the blog posts under 10 minute reading time.
I have notebooks upon the notebooks from the seminars I have been to and watched and the speakers I have seen. I think I have enough for a good 6 months worth of content. It will certainly keep me busy that is for sure.
The next installment should be here on Tuesday. I am going to try and get a little regular again and post every Tuesday, life and bubba willing.
Hope everything is going well for you.
See you on your blog soon!

Hi Jacinta…
Wow, I loved this post! This guy teaches so simple and yet so powerfully! I will be coming back to follow all your posts in this area as I’ve already learned some awesome things.
I can absolutely see why this guy got a standing ovation.
It is so easy to get confused and woven into complications because so many people don’t know how to simplify when they teach.
This guy has perfected the art…
As much as I hate to admit it…I still have a bit of Rung 2 to get out of me…the instability one…
But I also like to think that I’ve gotten into the good Rung 1 and Rung 2
Thank you for bringing this exciting, informative series to us. I know you take great notes…maybe you should create a product about how to act, handle and record information at a seminar!
I know I would read it! I need to get to some seminars but I also need to connect with US marketers as flying overseas to a seminar is a bit over my head at the moment

Hi Kathy,
Thank you for popping by!
Glad you like the post! And if you like this one you are going to love the whole series of posts.
I have just done the rough drafts to the rest of my notes and I have roughly written another 5 posts. A big oops on that one!
I am hoping to have the next one out tomorrow and then every Tuesday if I can do it.
I am on the ‘Instability’ rung as well with my toe on the other 2 like you!
Seminars are great to get to if you can. I just found out Raymond is coming back to Australia but I won’t be able to get to it as it is interstate.
I can really only get to seminars that are held here in Melbourne because of my little one unless I can get to Brisbane with my little one as well, but truthfully it all depends on the budget!
That is an interesting idea on the product.
I think by the time I finish the whole seminar series on all the speakers I have seen I just might have enough for a book.
I have estimated I have a good 6 months worth of content from about 20 different speakers at least.
Well I had better get back to writing up post 2 so it can get posted tomorrow.
Hope all is going well for you.
See you on your blog soon!
Cheers

Hi Jacinta, I hope that you and your family are well.
It’s so good to see you back in action my friend and what a fantastic post to kick off with.
Thank you for taking notes and sharing them with us. I can only imagine (for now) how you felt standing up in the crowd.
As for you “only being a stay at home mum” wash your mouth out and remove the “only” please. These big guys have got big because they have stay at home wives or mums that take care of daily living and allow them the time to apply themselves to their work. You, Jacinta, are doing both the home work and working from home, and I for one couldn’t do both!! So please no more of the “ONLY”! Telling off over
Back to the post.
I would’ve put myself near to the 3rd rung as I’m getting very creative and moving forward, but being honest i don’t think I’ve completed the first rung now I’ve read you post.
I’m on Twitter, but not on Facebook, LinkedIn or MySpace. So I now feel only 25% of rung 1 is complete and if rung 1 isn’t complete then neither is rung 2, obviously.
In a round about way i feel you’ve just kicked my butt Jacinta, in a good way (if that’s possible
)
Is part 2 going to leave me bruised?
Great post Jacinta and I repeat “Thank you” for taking notes and passing this on.
Respect and Regards,
Barry

Hi Barry,
Thank you for popping by!
Well you just kicked my butt for calling myself “just a stay at home mum”.
I agree with you that a lot of the successful guys out there, are because of their supportive wives etc. And Yes it is a little more difficult from the mum perspective as we do have more to juggle.
I think we just need to be a bit more determined and focused.
The rungs are interesting aren’t they…. especially when I put Raymond’s success into perspective and relate it to myself.
I am still on Rungs -1 & -2 plus touching 1 & 2.
And yes it is all about completing the rungs to get to the point where we are truly profitable and financially independent.
Re part 2, well that is scheduled for today. I am just about to tweak it and release it.
I don’t know about leaving you bruised, but it will give you food for thought.
I have written the rough drafts to all the notes from the seminar and it looks like this will possibly be a 6-7 part series, so certainly coming back with a bang. hehehehe
And then I have all the other speakers and seminars to summarise.
I have just re configured my settings for comluv so hopefully it is working now.
Hope everything is going well for you.
See you on your blog soon!
Cheers

I feel embarrassed, the “fifth ladder”(Invisibility) best describes my actions. I have always wanted to go into business, I am aware that one of my main problems is stepping away from my comfort zone. I have been thought about the importance on acquiring connections. It was just recently that I have been participating on social network conversations. Your post finalized my thoughts about the importance of being visible.

Hey Chick
Whoahhhhhhhhhhhh what a post, fab!
I do hope Raymond sees this…what’s him email I am gonna tell him lol.
I loved the part where you wrote…”Are we the same in public as we are in private?”…
Yep I am just as mad and crazy in public and private ha ha.
I dont think you can fake it online, people will see right through you, so like Raymond said… we need to be reliable, honest and transparent.
Social Media has been excellent for transparency I think, especially FB as it has allowed me to see many marketers in a different light which I love – cos I’m nosey!!!
My visibility online is good I reckon, and it grows every single day so I am very pleased with that, in fact after reading the post I am very happy with how I am progressing with my online business.
Congrats for standing up in the crowd, must have been very daunting so well done! You’re a very knowledgeable lady so certainly with more visibility (and belief) big things will come your way!

Hi Sally,
Thank you for popping by!
Glad you liked the post. I am in the middle of writing part 3 now and will hopefully release it in the morning.
Yes I liked that quote as well and yes I am a dippy bimbo online and offline! However every now and again my brain might actually work. lol
I think social media has definitely changed the way people are represented online and it is very hard to fake who we are. I learned that a long time ago with my past career efforts, however that is a story for another time. hahahahahaha
I think the key of what Raymond was talking about is the power of visibility and how important it is for us to become financially successful.
And re standing up in the crowd. Trust me it gets worse. He actually used me as an example for the group!
But I will talk about that experience in a later post……
I am looking forward to your coaching it is going to rock!
I hope all is going well.
See you on your blog soon!

Jacinta,
Great post.
I would have to put myself rather low on the ladder at this point. I am working on moving up and would love to get to the top.
I like the idea of a ladder as I am a very visual person and can really see what I am doing as climbing a ladder.
Thanks for the great info.

Hi Dee Ann,
Thank you for popping by!
I agree that the ladder is a great way to look at things visually. I have put myself fairly low on the ladder as well.
To be honest I think to climb the ladder successfully and to be able to sustain the success takes a long time and commitment.
I have been online now learning internet marketing for 3 years now and I still feel like I am learning.
I am only just understanding the pieces to the puzzle now. I think I am a bit of a slow learner! ahahahahaha lol
I hope everything is going well for you. See you on your blog soon.
